I am Dóra Varga, proud mother of two, personal trainer and Pilates instructor.
Even as a mother I have always made time for regular exercise, such as yoga during pregnancy, post-partum recovery or home training integrated into busy weekdays.
This is how sport has become an integral part of my everyday life. I’ve tried various sports, and found strength training to be an ideal choice, as I can get strong and keep in shape at the same time, which gives me continuous motivation every day. To support my love and passion for sports, I earned qualification in sports coaching with bodybuilding and fitness specialization at a training course organized by the EUROPEAN FITNESS INSTITUTE (EFI), which I accomplished with excellent results.
I firmly and truly believe that sports can bring along dramatic changes in the quality of life of people regardless of age or personal situation, as the happiness hormones released during exercise are powerful stress relievers, exercise helps increase self-confidence, body awareness and last but not least, it supports health. To those asking for advice I always recommend choosing a sport that you really love and then just keep doing it.
