Body weight functional workout, strength and endurance improving round workouts besides the gym weight trainings. With many years of competition experience behind me, I help everyone get the most out of their own, tailored to their goal. In addition to looking good, it is very important in the everyday life to keep fit and not to get tired if you walk up the fourth floor with two bags in your hand. With an individually designed workout plan, I help all those who want to learn how to train with their body weight properly, and I want them to achieve maximal strength out of themselves.

I have been doing sports since I was a little child and exercise have been a very important part of my life ever since. As a small schoolboy, I started regular sports with athletics (high jump) and then continued with ball games (soccer, basketball). However, I have always been looking for something that I can find more adrenaline in, so Kick-Box came up when I was a senior in school.

Over the past few years, Calisthenics has gained more and more popularity (body weight training) which also attracted my interest, because martial arts and climbing gave me a very good core strength. In 2012, I participated in my first gym park round competition. 2 years later, in 2014, I won 7th place in the National BeStrong Hungarian Championship, and in the same year I also won a pull-up competition. In the spring of 2018, I’ve made a pull up record which I’ve got a certificate and a medal for. In 8 hours, I have managed to do 2000 proper pull ups, and in the autumn, I managed to break a 10-hour muscle up record.

In 2018, I started the European Fitness Institute’s advanced sports trainer training, which I completed on 14 November 2018 with a successful state exam, and then joined the UniFit team.
