Of course, I also walked through the various steps, taking a long journey from the morning pushups and sit ups in my room. Currently, my primary goal is to build a more complex, more functional, balanced physique and maintain a health-conscious diet. The backbone of my current workouts is the various CrossFit and functional exercises, complemented by traditional weight training and endurance training.
I have tried several trendy exercises and diets, many times paying the so-called learning curve, but I think that you can only have a genuine opinion on something that you have tried and experienced yourself. I would like to help you with this, so that you do not waste time on ineffective, meaningless workouts and inappropriate, unsustainable extreme diets.
I do not believe in the drastic change of lifestyle. I find it important to adapt to various training methods gradually, taking note of your current lifestyle. I learned that there are no miracle pills and methods that will bring easy and quick results, but consistent, persistent and conscious work will always pay off, so, it is good to be aware that if you can change your lifestyle once you made the decision.
If you have been able to answer the questions “what do you want to achieve” and “why this is important to you”, remember that you made the first and most important step, you set yourself a goal, which will always help you on the road. For the “how” we will find the answer together. You have one thing to do, to step on the right way, not tomorrow, not the next week, but today, no matter what a small step may it be. Do not be afraid of failure, it is a cliché, but it is only a failure if you do not even try. It is never too late to take the first step towards creating a quality, healthy and balanced life, but you must do it.
